Building Sisaing Town

I want to  mention from the record of  Sit Kon Kyi, the governor of Sisaing in regard to Sisaing called small Thatung built by Pa-oh people.
This Thatung called “Satung” in Shan language and “Thatung” in Burmese was the first place where Pa-oh people came and lived when Thatung of lower Burma was destroyed. The duration from the time Anorata destroyed Thatung of lower Burma to the time Pa-oh people resettled in Sisaing is unknown due to no record of it.
Sisaing was between Shan and Karenni and unsafe for both people then. When Pa-oh people came and lived there Shan and Karenni less fight from then on.
This Thatung(Sisaing) was controlled by Yon Shan people and out of reach of Burmans. When Burman kings came to Thatung of lower Burma and did not find the native tribes, they sent men to the place that was yet to be called Thatung controlled by Yon Shan  to inquire about them. Having been given gifts by Taungthu people to go back with the word “Matwe-bu”(we didn’t find them) the men went back to their king. Thus, Taungthu people lived free from Burman kings’ reach.
We still see the place “Twe-bu” in the Thatung area in the East-west of Sisaing where the men sent by Burman king and Pa-oh people met to talk to sent them back with the word “Twe-bu”. As time passed, the word “Twe-bu” got a little change and became “Twebuh”.
The place got its name Thatung in Burma year 1143 from retracing the time  Burmans and Pa-ohs met. It seemed that Burmans and Pa-ohs met earlier than 1143 because Burman kings marched and occupied Thailand bit by bit. As people went to and fro between Burma and Thailand,Taungthu people became known. The place was given its name to beThatung  in king Bodaw’s Time and the man who was first recognized by Burmans was named Kon San Oo. Kon means “king”. The name Kon San Oo means the one who first rule the area-“Thatung”.
Kon Oh was appointed governor by king Thipaul in July 22, 1896. Kon Oh passed away and his son Kon Law succeeded him. Kon Sein succeeded his brother Kon Law. Kon Sein was removed from his governor- position for killing witches and mistreating Indians. In June 1,1929 , Kon Kyi the son of Kon Sein, succeeded his father.
According to Sit Kon Kyi’s record, Pa-oh people moved from Thatung of lower Burma to Shan State. Thus, Pa-ohs in Shan State left Thatung when it was ravaged by king Anorata and moved to resettle in Southern Shan State. And then they built Sisaing called small Thatung.
Small Thatung called Sisaing was ruled over ten years by Pa-oh headmen. They were purely Pa-ohs. They are:
1.Kon Maung Chung                                             7. Kon King Ra
2.Kon Maung Pyu                                                   8. Kon Oh
3.Kkon Maung Tha                                                 9. Kon Law
4. Kon Maung Naing                                             10. Kon Sein
5.Kon Maung Taing                                               11. Kon Kyi
6. Kon Pati                                                             12. Kon Pya.
 Some assume as follow:
When Thatung was devastated, Pa-oh people led by king Manuha’s grandsons Kon Maung Naing and Kon Maung Tha moved up to Shan State. It is over 900 years since Pa-oh people
